Automatic EBCDIC to ASCII (and vice versa) routines provide the easiest method for transferring files protected with passphrases or public/private key encryption, or both at the same time. With SecureZIP for i5/OS, you can read protected files created in ASCII format as well as create protected files to be transferred to ASCII platforms.
