The FTS Search isn't working for the topic titles (Japanese)

Q) I installed RoboHELP Office 2000 SR2 and regenerated the WebHelp files which is supposed to fix the Full Text Search for Japanese WebHelp.  The FTS search is not working on the Topic titles.  Is there a fix available for this problem?

A) Currently there are restrictions on Full Text Search

1. Titles with mixed types of lettering cannot be found.  For example, when the topic title contains both Kanji and Katakana, or when Katakana and numbers are mixed.

2. All Hiragana does not get found
