Q) The generated DOC contains unreadable characters when it was viewed in Word 97 or 2000, but when it was viewed in Word 95 - it appeared normal. What's the deal?
A) To avoid this problem, please make sure that the fonts of the style sheet that is attached to the HTML pages are not using the English font. Please change it to a (Asian language) font.
