Many times a user is attempting to find out how to accomplish a task when they come to a help system. A procedural topic can take them through the steps necessary to complete a task.
Tip: To open topics from the TOC Editor, select the topic you want to open from the TOC and then click on the "Open linked file" button in the upper right of the TOC Editor tool bar, or right-click a TOC entry and select "Open linked file" from the context menu. Alternatively, you can toggle the double-click behavior in the TOC Editor which will allow you to open a topic from the TOC Editor with a simple double-click.
