Kong Enterprise Pricing/License
- Kong Enterprise is an annual subscription license.
- Kong Enterprise includes API Gateway (Kong), Developer Portal, Analytics, and Admin GUI.
- Annual subscription includes provision and maintenance of technical support (minor / major upgrade).
- Kong Enterprise license is based on the number of users.
- User is a person that has a unique user token (Kong EE login), to access the Admin GUI or the Admin API to publish, update, delete, or monitor APIs through Kong. Additionally, the User will have admin access to add, edit, and delete documentation through the Developer Portal, and edit the Developer Portal UI / UX. For clarity, this does not include internal or external people that consume APIs or documentation via Kong.
- Up to 3 Authorized Support Contacts can access Kong Customer Support.
